Functions of the Budget and Finance Committee
At the request of the neighborhood council, perform such other related functions as requested by the Tarzana Neighborhood Council Board of Governors.
Policy and Procedure for Requesting and Obtaining Funding From the TNC. This procedure should be used by all individuals and organizations (including Board members and Board Committees) when approaching the TNC Budget Committee to obtain funding.

Meetings will generally take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Tarzana Child Care Center 5700 Beckford Ave., Tarzana, CA 91356. This is located one block west of the Tarzana Recreation Center and directly behind (west) of it. Please check the Neighborhood Council calendar for the exact date, time and location since meetings are subject to change.
The Budget & Finance Committee conducts its business by reviewing and prioritizing agenda requests for Board action (generally either in the form of a motion or letter) or announcements submitted by stakeholders, governmental entities and other interested individuals and organizations. The Administrative Committee has the discretion to postpone an request, refer it to a specific committee for review and recommendation, treat it as an announcement or consider and resolve it as a non-Board administrative matter.
