RESEDA, Calif. (Oct. 16, 2026) — The San Fernando Valley has its own art and music festival, and it is coming back to Sherman Way. Los Angeles City Councilmember Bob Blumenfield and 11:11 Projects present Reseda Rising: Art + Music Festival on Saturday, October 24, from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. Built around Valley-raised bands, working artists, and the region's creative community, the free, all-ages festival closes Sherman Way between Etiwanda and Lindley Avenues and is expected to draw approximately 8,500 people.

This year's festival also opens the doors of the new Reseda Ice Rink to the public for the first time. Festivalgoers can step inside from 5:30 to 7:30 PM for a first look at the City of Los Angeles' first year-round public ice facility, built with the LA Kings on Sherman Way as part of the Councilmember's Reseda Rising initiative.
