Susan Weidman

Born in Los Angeles, my husband Bob and I moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1968 with our two children Stacey and Brad. Our third child, Wendy, was born in 1971. To date, we have six grandchildren.

My career as an active real estate agent began in 1989, partnering with my husband Bob in 1991.  Fred Sands Realtors in Tarzana was our home away from home until we moved to Coldwell Banker, Sherman Oaks in 1997.   As an active real estate and resident of Tarzana, I believe it is important to work toward protecting and increasing property values.   Schools with improving test scores, neighborhood beautification, and updated shopping areas add to the desirability of living in Tarzana.  It is an exciting work in progress!

Along with a successful real estate career comes the responsibility of giving back to the community. Below are past projects I have been involved with:
