Raffi Sarkissian elected to the Tarzana Neighborhood Council in 2006 as a board member at large. Raffi has lived in the San Fernando Valley for over 30 years. Since his youth he has been involved in the Armenian Community in Los Angeles and is currently an active member of the Armenian National Committee. Raffi is a past member of the Boy Scouts of America and the LAPD Explorer Program. He has lived in Tarzana for over 6 years with his wife and two children. Raffi has been self-employed for over 25 years and is a business management consultant. He is presently managing an outpatient surgery center in Tarzana and consulting for a media company.
