Lisa Cerda Lisa Cerda serves on both the Land Use Committee since 2004 as Secretary and the Subcommittee to Review Topham /Oxnard Corridor as Secretary. She is cofounder of the organization Tarzana Residents Against Poor Property Development which formed in 2003. The organization is actively involved in fighting undesirable projects that do not serve the neighborhood and community. They advocate voicing their opinions and being involved in the decision making process. Preservation, and proper planning are the key elements in maintaining a balanced community.
She was appointed to the Tarzana Board Of Governors in December 2005 and elected to the board in November of 2006. She was appointed as Chairman of the Outreach Committee and Election Committee. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Tarzana Property Owners Association.
Lisa has lived in Tarzana for 13 years with her husband Ron of 29 years. They have two daughters and two grandsons.
