The Sub Committee reviews the Encino-Tarzana Community Plan in preparation for the future update of the Plan.

The first major project that the Committee has undertaken is the rezozing of the RA lots (Residential Agricultural) south of Ventura Blvd. to RE (Residential Estates). This is under the direction of the TNC Governing Board who recommended that the RE zone is more appropriate and in the best interests of the community.
