Community Announcements New Valley Area Code Slated for Approval The California Public Utilities Commission is expected to approve a new area code for the San Fernando Valley next week. An overlay of the new 747 area code, rather than a 747/818 split, was recommended in a recent judicial decision. The new 747 area code would go into effect in Fall 2009. |
